What is Flovoo?
Flovoo is an Arabic-first business messaging platform. It brings WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, TikTok and a website widget into one shared team inbox.
What it does
A customer arrives on whichever channel suits them, and the whole conversation appears in one place for the team to answer from one screen. Around that: approved WhatsApp templates for starting conversations outside the 24-hour window, targeted campaigns, automated workflows, and contact stages that track someone from first message to closed sale.
Who it is for
Teams whose customers reach them on WhatsApp more than by email, and who need several people working the same inbox without stepping on each other — sales and support teams at small and mid-sized companies.
Why Arabic-first
Arabic is not a translation layer in Flovoo, it is the default: the interface is right-to-left, search understands that hamza and taa marbuta are spelled inconsistently, and the AI reads a customer's dialect and answers in it. The product is designed for Egypt, the Gulf and North Africa — not translated for them.
