The few exceptions inside one-on-one chats are: • Broadcasts: created and sent from Flovoo Campaigns instead of the app • Editing or deleting messages: no longer supported • View-once messages: no longer supported • Disappearing messages: no longer supported • Live location: no longer supported

Yes. Any verification badge you already have on the WhatsApp Business app stays exactly as it is after connecting to Flovoo.

Coexistence focuses on one-on-one customer chats. The following are not synced or managed from Flovoo today: • Groups and Communities • WhatsApp Channels • Voice and video calls • Business tools like catalog, menu and status • Editing the business profile (name, address, website) Messaging tools like scheduling, quick replies, labels and assignments are fully available inside Flovoo.

No. Messages sent one-on-one from the WhatsApp Business app stay free. Only messages sent through the official WhatsApp API (templates, broadcasts, automations) are billed at Meta's standard rate.

Coexistence is designed for small and medium teams that already use the WhatsApp Business app and want a shared inbox, automation, and AI. Larger enterprises that need full API control, branded templates, and high messaging limits should use the WhatsApp Business API account instead.

A small number of regions are temporarily not supported by Meta for coexistence (today: Nigeria and South Africa). For those markets we recommend the WhatsApp Business API account, and we'll guide you through the right setup.
